The Village Hall and Police Station will be undergoing a partial demolition and full renovation, scheduled to be completed December 2018. During this two year renovation project, Village services have been re-located to a temporary facility at 505 E North Ave. the 500 N Gary Ave. location is now closed to the public.  You can follow us on facebook and twitter for regular construction updates. In addition many Village services will be available online including bill payments, some permit formsvehicle sticker purchasing, and more. The Village of Carol Stream and CH2M will host an Open House at the Wastewater Reclamation Center on Saturday, October 7, 2017, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Open house activities will include:

Educational Guided Plant Tours | Hay Rides | Touch-A-Truck | Free Pumpkins | Free Chocolate Lollipops courtesy of Just A Taste Confections Bloomingdale of Carol Stream | Refreshments

This year's event features some new fun activities including walking the new Pollinator Meadow Trail, an interactive Watershed Model from Love Blue. Live Green. (DuPage County Stormwater Management), and a Water Taste Test Challenge.

We are also excited to announce that attendees can enter in a drawing to win one (1) FREE Rain Barrel courtesy of The Conservation Foundation!

Other wonderful exhibits will be run by The Carol Stream Public Library, DuPage River Salt Creek Workgroup, ComEd, and Clarke.

The Carol Stream Village Hall and Police Department is located at 500 North Gary Avenue.The Village Hall is open M-F 8 - 5 and closed on Weekends. The Police Department is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. For emergencies, please call 911. For more information see our Departments pages
