Ordinance Review Process
- The ordinance review is obtainable online at the village website or in person at the Village Cashier or Police Desk
- The completed ordinance review form will be reviewed by the Officer, his Sergeant and the Deputy Chief.
- The final decision will be indicated on the ordinance review form and mailed to back to the ordinance review requester.
a. If the request is approved, the ticket will be VOIDED and no further action is required. It is suggested that the review requester keeps the ordinance decision form for their records.
b. If the request is denied, payment will be required OR a court date may be requested.
