Detailed information about required inspections for permitted construction projects is provided to the individual picking up the permit at the time of permit issuance. General information about building inspections is provided below.

• Inspections typically require 24-hour advance notice for scheduling
• Plumbing inspections, which are performed by a consultant, are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons
• If a scheduled inspection is not approved, or if the work is not ready for inspection at the scheduled time, a re-inspection fee will need to be paid before the re-inspection will be scheduled
