Chamber of Commerce 

The Carol Stream Chamber of Commerce serves businesses of all sizes and type in the Carol Stream area. 

Education 

The Village of Carol Stream is served by the following school districts dependent on your address District 200, District 94, District 93, District 87District U46, District 41, and District 25. It is also home to several daycare facilities and a College of DuPage satellite campusDepending on the home address, some Carol Stream residents are in thElgin Community College service area. Fire District

The Carol Stream Fire District provides fire and emergency medical services for the Village of Carol Stream, and portions of some neighboring communities.  In addition, the Fire District provides fire safety inspection of industrial, commercial, educational and multi-family buildings.  Public safety education is emphasized through school programs, open house, business fire extinguisher training, block parties and other special events to keep our community educated and safe.

Library District 

The Carol Stream Public Library was founded in 1962 and was a single room in the Municipal Center. Now the library has its own facility with books, electronic media, computer services, classes and much more. 

Park District

The Park District maintains more than 40 parks and playgrounds many of which link to regional trail systems and nearby county forest preserves. Picnic shelters at seven larger, scenic parks are available to rent, as are garden plots at the beautiful Slepicka Park. In addition, the Park District manages the Coral Cove Water Park, Coyote Crossing Mini Golf, and two recreation centers.

DuPage County

Besides managing unincorporated areas, DuPage County Government impacts all 926,000 residents through a variety of services including recycling, elections, transportation, senior aid, and more. They have also provided a convenient online recycling guide for hard to recycle items.
