Stay ahead of emergencies by signing up with CodeRed to get updates from the Village of Carol Stream. Residents can also text to enroll by sending "CSalerts" to 99411 and following the link to signup. The Village will share real time emergency alerts and updates on events such as severe weather or disaster response.  

E-Newsletter

E-Newsletter articles focus on topics like green projects, community events, public health and safety, employment and job training, new state laws, voter information, social service programs, disaster preparedness and more.  You may sign up for E-Newsletters online. The Village also archives older E-Newsletters for your convenience.

Village Board Meetings 

Village Board Meetings can be viewed on our Public Access Channel or YouTube. A rebroadcast of the board meetings can be viewed on Comcast’s channel 6 and on AT&T channel 99 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
