Residential Permit Application

This permit application is to be used for construction of a new one- or two-family residence, additions, alterations, and accessory structures on a one- or two- family residential property.

• For construction of a new one- or two-family residence, please refer to Fee Schedule A.
• For major additions and alterations, please refer to Fee Schedule B.
• For minor alterations and accessory structures (sheds, decks, driveways, fences, detached garages, etc.), please refer to Fee Schedule C.

Commercial Permit Application

This permit application is to be used for new commercial construction, additions, major alterations and accessory structures for commercial, industrial, institutional and multiple-family residential properties.

• For new construction, additions, major alterations, and accessory structures, please refer to Fee Schedule D.
• For flatwork, paving, signs, fire related permits, roofing/siding, and any other miscellaneous permit requests, please refer to Fee Schedule E.
